Payment Protection

Every booking is protected on both sides. Your payment is held by Vasily & Co. and released to your photographer only after the work is delivered, so clients book with confidence and photographers are paid with certainty.

You pay Vasily & Co., never a stranger

Every payment is made to Vasily & Co. directly. You always deal with us, one point of contact and one point of accountability, no matter which photographer covers your project.

A booking fee secures your date

A booking fee reserves your slot and protects your photographer's time. If you cancel or don't show, it isn't refunded. If the shoot goes ahead, it counts toward your total.

Your payment is held, not handed over

Your project payment is held safely with Vasily & Co. No money is released to the photographer before the work is delivered, so there is nothing to chase and nothing at risk.

Released after full delivery

Payment is released to the photographer once your project is delivered and approved. If you raise no issue within the review window, it releases automatically, so no one is left waiting.

For Clients

Delivery, revisions & cancellations

The terms that keep every booking fair for both sides. Specific amounts and dates are confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Delivery

The deliverables, format, and timeline are agreed at the time of booking. Your project is considered delivered when those are provided in full.

Review & approval

You have 7 days to review a delivery. If no issue is raised in that window, payment is released to your photographer automatically, so approval can never be withheld indefinitely.

Revisions

An agreed number of revisions is included and set at booking. This keeps a project moving fairly to final for both sides, without open-ended unpaid changes.

If you cancel or don't show

The booking fee is not refunded, it compensates your photographer for the time they set aside. Any further payment you have made is refunded in full.

If your photographer cancels

You are refunded in full, including the booking fee, or we re-match you with another photographer at no additional booking fee.

Disputes

If a delivery is contested, we mediate against exactly what was agreed at booking before any payment is released or refund issued.

Money moves only when work does. A photographer is paid in full once your project is delivered and approved. Until that moment, your payment stays protected with Vasily & Co.
